What is the meaning of home

Does home only mean a house to you? My home is like a giant loved hand holding me calmly and protecting me from dangers and here’s why. My mom always cooks me some yummy Chinese food and the food tastes like we're connected. There is a certain smell and the same smell in my family that makes their odor special. Whenever I am quiet in my house I will always hear the clock tick-tacking but when I am not in my house I would actually miss that sound of my house. As you can see, home can be more than a house and is about love and family and all the things that you think are important.
