Have a Home

On a Saturday morning I rush down the stairs, With the smell of fresh pancakes in the air, And when I get down and see, There is a plate on the counter just for me, But its not just me You must see, My brother and my sister, What a pain they can be! Cause whenever I want to be alone My sister bursts in and says “Can I borrow your phone?” But there is some fun, When my siblings and i feel like it, We bring out the nerf guns! By the time lunch rolls around, If you go to the kitchen and look on the counter, Some tuna and crackers will be found. And that people is why you see, Just how important a home can be, And that is why I want you to know, Every child should have a home.
