The Meaning of Home.

A home is more than walls and floors, It’s love and dreams behind the doors. It’s where my story finds its start, A place of warmth, a beating heart. My parents work through night and day, To make money for where we stay. Through hard-working, we make our way, So we can smile and laugh today. Each room is filled with love and care, A bond so strong, it’s always there. A kitchen is where stories flow, A living room is where memories grow. The laughter echoes through the hall, The tears and successes: we’ve had it all. This home’s a gift, a treasure, a song, A place where we all belong. So every time I close my eyes, I think of home beneath the skies. It’s more than bricks, it’s family too, And all the love that carries though. Home means to me that everyone should have a home, and they should be happy with their family and how their parents work so hard to afford it and when you grow older, you do that too to your children. I used “treasure” because we’re lucky to have a home and some people don’t have homes. It’s also sad that some people don’t have homes. And that’s why we feel really sorry and want to help them.
