More Than Just Walls

Touch: The hardwood floor feels hard but dense and soft. Taste: My dad is cooking spaghetti, it tastes fresh and spicy. Sound: There are a lot of sounds that make a song; the humming of the washing machine, my sister screaming so loud I think I lost my hearing. Smell: The pungent aroma of food my mom or dad is cooking. Sight: The dazzling interior of our home with pear green wallpaper and modern furniture. MOST IMPORTANTLY, memories are what make a home more than walls and furniture - it’s the experiences; every tear you shed, every laugh you vocalize, every smile you make, every movie you see, the love you feel is felt in your home.
