What Does Home Really Mean?

Home is a place of refuge. That is full to the brim with happy memories. That makes home the place you want to be. All the laughter and fun surrounding me that is why home is not just a house blank and dull, a home is family and that place is just for you. Even if it's on a cliff or out at sea, home is a place where you can be you and that's all you need. Even though the home may be small or leaky the only thing that matters is the people and pets that you share that home with. Even though they may be pests. Sometimes there may be shouting, screaming, crying that's what makes a home special. Home is the food and meals that I share with the people that love me. The baking and muffins with my mom even though they are always a bit crisp but that does not matter. The thing that does is that there are people there in my home that love me. That is why home is so special to me. So why should I have a home when there are so many that don't? That is why I am writing today so more people can feel the comfort and joy of having a home to share with those they love. That is why everyone, the tall and the small no matter their age should have more than a few boring walls. So that's why I hope that Habitat for Humanity does their job forevermore!
