What home means to me

Home to me is family, and love, not just the things you wear, or even if things are really fair. Home is not even about the mugs, it is about the hugs. At home I feel known, like I am on a throne. Home is where you snuggle up tight, under the sun’s magnificent light. It is where I run, and have so much fun, even get shoved, yet always feel loved. At home you don’t call yourself he or she, you call yourself me. Home is somewhere where you don't have to be worried about being bullied. At home you get to choose who you are from close and far. Home is where we might fight but by night all of our fights will be out of sight. Home to me is like a shooting star reaching far and far. Or like demolishing or acomplishing something. At home I forget to be shy, and feel like I could fly. Sometimes it will feel like they don't care but don't you forget forever they will always be there. Even when it is time to say goodbye you must remember they tried and they tried, to not just make your life okay or just good, but to give you their life if they really could. Thankyou habitat for humanity, for letting us kids to help people in need. (:
