What Home Means to Me

Home is as bright as a sunny day, where the flowers are blossoming, and everyone has a smile on their face. Home is the smell of chocolate chip cookies, freshly baked. Home is a place where new things we can create. Home is the feel of a warm blanket wrapped comfortingly around you. Home is the taste of sipping warm hot chocolate by the gentle warmth of the fireplace, it's true. Home is the sight of a field of colorful flowers and sunlight shining. Home is hearing your friends and family’s laughter, it’s delighting. Home is where my feelings reside, happiness, anger, joy, and pride. Home can be anywhere, may it be here or there. Maybe your home is everywhere! Sometimes home can make you feel things you don’t like, anger, sadness, it can even lead to fights! But even so, you should know, you should always be kind. Even when sadness crosses your path, you can think about your home, and that sadness will no longer last! (hopefully) Home is where the heart is, they say, and it is true in every way. Your home belongs to your heart, and your heart belongs to your home. Home is the best thing that I have ever known.
