What Home Is To Me

Home is my mom’s warmth, my dad’s laughter, my brother's kindness, my aunt's grit. My papa's happiness, my friends' courage, my teacher's help, my cousin's joy, and where I get my soccer strength. Without any of these people or things I wouldn't have a home. Without a home, we wouldn't have memories or laughter or happiness. Without any of these we would just have an old boring house, and who would want that? Well totally not me. Home is what makes me feel happy and loved like family, friends and neighbors. Home is a meeting place for my family and friends on special occasions like birthdays, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Home is where we make good memories, funny memories and even bad memories. Home is where you play and make new friends. They say that home is where the heart is and that's true to me. Now, can you see what home means to me? I love my home and all the people that make this my home!
