What is a Home?

When I arrive at home, I go in and the appealing odor of the bread that just came out of the oven, it reaches my nose. It tasted rich and soft with a bit of a taste of vanilla and sugar. While my mom got the bread out she was making pasta so we can eat it with our bread. I heard the water bubbling and steaming. My home is the safest place ever because I have a roof over my head and good and healthy food like veggies. When we had moved I asked if I would be able to have my own room and they said yes . So now I have some privacy and when I say to leave me alone they respect me. When my sister wants to be respected I respect her too. It is the same with my mom, dad and older brother. I also respect my dog and cat. Respect feels good because you can have your own space and privacy. At home I have two pets, one dog and one cat. Their names are Sunshine the cat Coo-kee the dog. When I am crying my dog comes to me to make me feel better. After that he makes me feel better. I slime and start acting nice with other people. We play together. My cat always comes to see me to sleep with me. Every child should have the best home ever. They should at least have a roof over their heads , food and most importantly running water. What is sad is that some people are homeless and don't have anything that we all have. They don't have food, water, a good place to sleep and most importantly they don't have a home.
