What Home is to Me

Home is the smell of fresh scented candles, the feeling of warmth and knowing that you're safe. It is the smell of cooking, and the feeling of joy and happiness. Home is my safe place, the place where I can rest my head and let go of all the stress from work and school; playing with younger siblings, open arms not judging me. Home is where I feel most safe. Home is where I can be myself.
