All About Home

Home is an amazing place. It is full of love and laughter. Home is a place you can feel safe. A place where you can eat and sleep with warmth. Home has an amazing sent. It can be in the mix of eggs and bacon, or even pancakes! Home has a sound, whether that is roosters crowing’ or an alarm that goes off every morning. Home is a safe place. A place where your cats and chickens will cuddle up with you when you are sad or angry. Home is a place where I can spend time together with my sister and play in the barns. Home is not just a roof with bricks, it is a place to build memories. A place where you can only hear the soft sound of birds chirping, chickens’ "blawking", and cats purring. A home is a place, where you can celebrate Christmas with your friends and family. I am incredibly grateful that Habitat for humanity is building homes for people in need to have warmth and a place to sleep. I hope there is enough homes to give to people so they do not have to be homeless.
