What a Home Means to Me!

A home is warm and cozy. In a home I feel safe and loved. A home is where we can be ourselves without being judged. A home isn’t only walls and a roof, it’s where we are welcomed whenever, no matter what. A home isn’t where we sleep and eat. It’s a place where we spend time with the people we love. I can be myself in my home and everyone will accept me. I can have fun with my friends and family without being laughed at. It’s a place where we celebrate Holidays like Christmas. A home is where a family starts and grows. A home shouldn’t be a place where we get hurt physically, mentally or verbally. It’s a place where we feel safe. A place where we can say whatever without getting punished. A home is a place where we feel protected, not locked up. A home is somewhere we live that's safe, warm and loving. Everyone should have a home and feel safe and not have to live on the streets. A home is where we feel loved by everyone. A home is where we can laugh with the people we care for. It’s a place where we like to spend time with each other. Whether it’s playing board games together, or watching movies together. It’s a place where we can have fun doing anything, it's also a place where we feel loved. A home is where we feel safe, loved, cared for and protected. It’s a place we spend time together. It’s a place where we can speak our mind. A home is when we make everyone feel welcomed. A place where we celebrate with everyone we love. A home isn’t just walls, roofs, or a place we sleep, eat and chill. It’s where we are loved by everyone.
