Sunshine, Joy and Smiles

Home is a place where family and friends play board games together, and share laughter, love and sunshine. Home smells like the aroma of freshly baked pastries filling my cozy, warm house. Home feels like bear hugs and blankets, sharing its warmth with me. Home is a place where I am loved, cared for and welcomed to be myself without getting criticized. Home is a place where even if I'm hurt, or wake up on the wrong side of bed, I will have a trusted adult or friend that will understand me. Home is a place where you celebrate birthdays, holidays and traditions with sunshine, joy and smiles. Home is not about how big a house is, how many cars you have, or if you have a billion chefs! Home is a place where you are joyful, happy and excited to wake up every morning with a smile on your face, without feeling in danger or scared! No matter how big my home is, or where it is located, as long as I am happy, and have people to communicate with, this is the meaning of my incredible home!
