What Does Home Mean To Me? By: Hannah.Zeng Grade 5 What is home? A Home in definitions is a place that one loves to live or lives permanently. However, a home is something more special than that. A home is a place where you feel comfortable. A home is built with a family. Home is not just a house it is a place. A house is just like a shelter where you live but you don't love it. Home is where you usually love to live in because you have your stuff in it, your stuff that you grew up with your past memories and many more things. If you move to another house, you still have the stuff which will make you remember your other homes that you have lived in. I lived in many houses and I moved several times and I don't really know my real home, but I have memories that show that I lived in those houses. A home is also not really a place. It is family and people. A home is also a home because of family and people living inside the home. This is what home means to me. I also want everyone to have a home just like me.
