Meaning of Home

The meaning of home is different for everyone, and in this I'm going to tell you about mine! First I need to tell you what home means to me! When I'm in my home, certain things surround me. Some of the things are my family, like my cats, mom and dad, and other things like my art and plushies! My home isn't a place on my street, and it isn’t built out of wood and bricks, it's a place in my heart, where I can go and find all the things I love! In my home, I feel safe, sheltered, and supported. The things there make me feel safe, and protect me from the things I don't like. In my home I feel sheltered from mean people. In my home I feel supported by my family to keep on doing my drawings and stories, and that my older ones can help me make new ones! To me, home is not a place you can find on your road, or a place made of wood and bricks, it's a place you can find in your heart. Home is a place where you can hold all the things you love as close as they can. Home is a great place where everything you love is held.
