What home means to me

Home doesn't always mean roof, walls and floor it can also mean more like safety, animals, lucky, things like that makes a house a home. Home means safety. Home should make you feel lucky. Home should mean pets. To me home means safety. For me it is important to feel safe because you do not have to worry about people breaking into your house. Another example why I like feeling safe in my home is because it makes me feel cozy and I do not have to worry about anything bad. One more reason why i like feeling safe is that if you live in a house that is not safe there could be big risks that you take everyday but you do not even notice. Home should also make you feel lucky. Some people in this world do not have any place to stay. They do not have walls, a roof or a floor. Most of the time they are begging for money on the streets and sleeping on the side of a road. So if you ever see a homeless person try and feel lucky for what you have. Home should mean you have pets or animals all around giving you support. Having pets around you can reduce stress and it can make you feel good. Some of the animals that i have at my farm are we have a dog, we farm quails but what makes my house really special is my dad owns the kawartha wildlife center so we get to take care of animals like owls, bevers, hawks, ducks, gease, flying squirrels, groundhogs, squirrels and so so many more animals that we take care of. I love animals. This is what makes my house a home. I hope you understand now what home means to me. What is special about my home and how lucky i am to have a home like this.
