What Home Means to Me What is a home? Home can be like a puzzle, with so many different pieces! Love. Love is a big piece of home. A home can protect the people inside, care for them, and love them. Laughter. Laughter takes place in my home and is a big puzzle piece. Laughing in your home and making memories can feel good. Courage. Courage to go in “the scary basement” or having the courage to protect others. Courage is, or can be, a smaller piece of home, but it is still a strong word. Home is more than a roof and a structure. It is a place to feel safe and have fun. That is what home means to me.
