When you come home after a long day of work or school, you should know that you are in a place where everyone around you loves you to pieces. You should feel comfortable and supported and safe. Home to me is where you can be yourself and you can feel free. When I am in public and I do something that could embarrass me, I feel like everyone is looking at me and making fun of me. But when I am home, I do not feel that way because I know the people who are in my house would not make me feel ashamed of something that I have done. Home is where you can feel free and loved because you know everyone who lives with you in your home loves you just the way you are. When I go home, I feel very supported and loved. My little brother will come up and hug me. I know that I am going to have a fresh dinner on the table and that I am under a warm roof. I know I can just help myself to anything whenever I want to. I also love it when I can come home and watch a movie with my family in the living room and cuddle up under blankets. When people think of memories, they might think of a photobook or writing, but I do not... I think of my home. Home is a place of special memories of the people who care for me. Everyone should experience a place full of memories and a place where you do not have to hide or be ashamed. Home is very important to me. I love my home and the people who live in it just the way they are.
