What is a home?

What is home? How is a home different from a house? A house is just walls and a roof but a home is much more! Believe it or not our home is the five senses. Sight, smell, touch, hearing, and taste. If my home was a sight it would look like a house with not much on the outside but on the inside my family and I would be laughing and playing a board game together. If my home was a smell it would smell like a nice warm apple pie straight from the oven. I love apple pie! If my home was a touch it would feel like a nice warm fuzzy blanket on top of me keeping me warm. If my home was a noise it would sound like my family and I laughing while we watch a funny movie on the living room tv. If my home was a taste it would taste like the fresh strawberries my mom gives me for breakfast in the morning. I am so grateful to have a loving family and friends and a roof above my head. I'm also grateful for apple pie!
