A Wonderful Place, Home

Home is a wonderful place. Home is where my family talks around the dinner table, I can see my family relaxing on the couch watching Netflix or cable. I watch the beautiful, pink sunsets at night, Reading a book with my cat in the dim light. Warmth and safety are some of home’s feelings, Laughing so loud it reaches past the ceilings. The joyful feeling of waking up on your birthday is one of the best, By the end of the day you really need a rest. Some tastes at home are the juicy, smoked ribs, Or after halloween eating chocolate and nibs. Siping hot chocolate on a cold winter day, Licking your ice cream on the first warm morning in may At home I hear my cats purring when sleeping with me, Sometimes my brother is outside screaming, “Ahh, Bee!” I hear my sister splashing in the water of the lake, Also, my brother running down the stairs as I wake. I can smell the pancakes cooking on a Saturday morning, Sometimes burnt cookies with a smoke-alarm warning. You can also smell a fresh droplet of sap in the forest, You can make muffins and get vanilla on your wrist. As you can see home is a wonderful place, I like seeing every happy face.
