My Home

What’s special about my home? Home what does home mean to you? Let me tell you all about mine! The one elegant object that reminds me of home is my beloved picture of God. I see the picture of Guru Nanak Dev Ji in a gold frame that is hard. I feel happy, peaceful and safe near my God’s picture. When I am scared I know God will come and save me and comfort me. I come to my lovely living room and eat my delicious food it makes me smile brightly I smell the food from my grandma’s hands near my peaceful Gods picture while I sit on my couch and eat while watching movies on my Tv. I hear sizzling noises and I hear my sister laughing and clapping while she’s walking. It is my special because I love to see or hear my sister laughing and clapping and knowing my delicious food will be ready and great enough to eat! That is what makes my home. Love Avni.
