The Meaning of Home

Home can mean different things to different people, for some people home is not where you are, but it’s with the people who you are with, those people are your family. Home can be something that people can build, create or even find, sometimes with someone else, or by themselves. The home that we have is a privilege, and a need that most people can’t afford or can’t find for themselves. When I think of home I think of going to a safe place where I am with the people that I love and they love me, a place where I can have fun with friends and family or, a place where I can learn from my mistakes and learn valuable lessons. When the thought of others not having that place where you can go to rely on, I realize how blessed I am, and how thankful I should be, for all that I have.
