What If Home Were The 5 Senses In Life.

If home was a smell, it would be my mom baking her specialty recipe of curry while as she looks over, my dad would be making his homemade pizza with delicious sauce. While I am sneaking all the snacks I can to stash for later while they are paying attention to the oven and microwave! If home was a sight ,it would be the backyard that I used to play in with my big brother with the yellow sun laying right above us behind the clouds. We always used to play tag and basketball even though I couldn’t reach to get a goal. When I was younger he would always be there for me to help me play and enjoy. If home was a sound, it would be when my mom is mixing the curry in a pot. While my brother is talking through his headphones to his friends. On the other hand my dad is on his computer typing with buttons beeping. It would also be the sound of the basketball that would go swoosh into the net. Sometimes it would hit the rim and make a bang sound but sometimes it would make a swoosh sound! If home was a touch, it would be when my mom gets all the clothes out of the laundry and me and my brother would jump on all the clothes to warm up even though our dad would say no because our mom would be mad and laughing a lot while our faces were planted in the clothes. If home was a taste, it would be crunchy popcorn made by my brother almost every night when watching a show. It would be the taste of warm rice at the dinner table. Home is full of lots of emotions like, Sadness, Happiness, Joy and more. It is a place where people understand what you are feeling. Sometimes they might be uncooperative but they are a home that matters in my heart. Home is a place where I express feelings and things I have done throughout the day. Home is a very lovely place that is one of the only things that matter in my life because I have a roof and very cozy cuddly bed and a family that has been there for me ever since I was born. I love home because it is a place where not only is there love, but there is understanding people! Home is a neighborhood full of people that have thoughtful minds and kindness in there hearts. It’s a place where people help others by sharing kindness and maybe helping with groceries!
