What Home is About

Home is about feeling safe and being safe in a shelter. To feel safer, it is better to have family members or friends with you to protect you and help you get through tough times. Home is not a sidewalk or a car. Home is a place where you always feel safe. Some people call their cars home. People that have lived in a home for a long time and were never homeless, it is awfully hard to imagine what it would be like to be homeless. Homeless people are just looking for a place to call home and be home. It is just like how people have been homeless since they were younger, it is hard to imagine what it would be like to live in a warm, comfortable home. Homeless people are always very grateful for donations to help them stay warm. It is exceedingly kind to donate to charities that help lots of people in need of assistance and a place to call home and be home.
