My Home!

My home is more than a building; it's a place of hope and joy. I love my home because I live with my family and near my friends. I am very lucky to have a home because some people in the world don’t have one. My home has a bathroom, three bedrooms, a living room and two basements. That's why I love it. In Canada the winter is harsh and some people don’t have a roof over their head to keep the snow away, no walls for decorating, no couch for snuggling with family and worst of all not a place to call a comfortable home. My home may be small, but on the inside it's pretty big. In my second basement it's mostly a playroom, but there is some storage and it's where me and my brother play and have fun. My room is where I read or where I just get away from everything. The living room is where my family and I have fun, listen to music and sometimes where I read. My home is my house and my house is where I live. I love my home the way it is. I wrote this because a home is important to everyone including me (also because my teacher made me) ~END~
