My meaning of home

My meaning of home is somewhere you feel safe and comfortable. Somewhere where you’re happy. If you don't feel safe and happy, are you really home? A house doesn’t need to be fancy or look nice for it to be home. Imagine moving to a new house or a new country after living in the same house you’ve lived in your entire life. Imagine not being happy in that new place. Imagine feeling unsafe in your new house. You’re not really home, are you? A home, a shelter for when the weather is not the best. A place you have and are lucky enough to call home. Home is where the water doesn't taste weird. Home can mean different things for different people. But this is my meaning of home.
