The Meaning of Home to Me

If you search up the meaning of home, a definition from a dictionary will pop up. But when I search up the meaning of home in my heart, I find love, joy, happiness and family. A home isn’t just a place to stay, it’s memories, a landmark in your heart. And most importantly a safe place for you to be yourself. It’s like a book, people will judge it by its cover. But once you’ve opened the door, you know the true meaning. The story it tells about past families and generations. To me, my home is a library, each book tells a different story and each book I like a memory. I keep those memories not just in my heart but in my home. What does home mean to you?
