What Home Means To Me

Going home is like opening a door to happiness. Happiness is seeing your family when you come home from an out-of-town ringette game, and you won! Happiness is being part of a loving family. Happiness is seeing your dog that looks as fluffy as a stuffy. Happiness Is spending time with your family, like how my family loves playing games together, it’s more fun than seeing your bed after a long day. Happiness is when you open the door to your warm house, and it smells like fresh baked chocolate banana muffins. The muffins smell better than pumpkin pie. Happiness is having your own space to relax and calm down. Happiness is watching movies, laughing and singing. Happiness is reading on the couch when the fire is crackling. Happiness is when you feel safe because you know that your parents are downstairs. Happiness is when you feel loved. I know that not everyone has a home, but one day I hope that everyone has a place that they can call home.
