What Home Means to Me

To me home is not just a place, it’s a place where I feel safe, where I feel warmth and comfort, it’s a place where I am always loved and my home brings back great memories. I feel safe because I have animals like cats and dogs to keep me safe and I have a house to protect me from bad weather like hard rain or a snow storm. I feel warmth and comfort because I have a comfy bed to sleep in, I have food and shelter to keep warm, I have a place to relax and play and I always have parents and adults in the family that I can hug. My home is a place where I am loved because I have parents and a brother that are always supportive and are always there for me.I also feel loved because my dogs lick me and play with me. My home brings back lots of very good memories. For example when we got puppies for the first time or the time when we went on vacation because it does not matter where you are, your home is always close to you. Also, I remember a time when my family and I had a great night out together to go to a restaurant or go to the movie theater. My home is a very happy place, it’s a place where I feel safe, where I feel warmth and comfort, it’s a place where I am always loved and my home brings back great memories. My home is a very important place to me and it will always be very important in my heart.
