The Meaning of Home

Home. You may have heard of this word. Some people think that a home is a cottage or a village, a hotel or a city, but really, a home can be anywhere. Home is a place where you can spend time with family. Home is a place where you can make memories. Home is a place where you can have fun. Home is where you can be yourself. Home is where you feel safe. Home is where you are accepted. Home is where you feel comfortable. Home is where you can ask for help. Home is where you can feel relaxed. Home is where you are around the people you care about. Home is a place where you know everything will be okay. Home is a place where you will never be judged. Home is a place where you are around people that care about you. Unfortunately, not everyone has a home. There are families around the world that have to live with merely a tent and very little water and a bit of food due to poverty. Now before I go I would like to remind you that home does not need to be a place, it can be a feeling or the people who make you feel whole and complete.
