Home, the place where one can love and feel loved for who they are…

Home is not the same as a house, it plays a role in one’s life, from the first words to the times when the chocolates go missing. In fact it is a feeling, not a place in which one resides, it's where they cherish the most joyful memories and moments. Personally, I feel a home has more than four walls and a roof overhead. When I go through the street corners, I find signs saying there is a house available for rent. A house is a place in which people live, it offers shelter. People who are away from their home often complain about being homesick, not homesick. What they lack is not a roof over their head, but the emotional warmth and security. Now I ask myself, what is the significance of a home? Well for me it is sharing it with the people I love. Home is a place of experiences and is the foundation of r success. Our home brings us comfort to act the way we want, like eating food, manners, control, and much more. Home is the place people turn back to after every adventure and journey. Can we have more than one home? In my opinion yes one can have more than one home. In my family I have many in which I feel the feeling of home. Firstly is the home I live in, it is the place where my family spent most of our time. Then comes our paternal and maternal homes. Lastly, my last home is where I spent my early years before I came to Canada. In conclusion, you can have many places called home! My house belongs to me, but I belong to my home.
