A house can be any kind of place you live, but the things you do in it is what makes it a home, the things that can’t be changed. The memories you have in your house makes it a home because those memories could be happy memories or sad memories or any kind of memories. But the most important thing is you made memories in your home which will always stay in your home and it doesn’t matter if your home is an apartment or a house/building, because it’s a house. For example, I have lived in an apartment since I came to Canada when I was six, and I still live in the same place now and I have many memories here like every birthday party me or my brother had! Like how “they” say home is where the heart is, my home is like a body part to me. And both depend on each other, I need a home to live and my home needs someone to take care of it. My home gives me warmth when I’m cold and a place to look forward to coming home and resting after a long day! And I spend most of my time at home! My home and all homes are important for all people because people need a place to make memories and a place to call home and to live. Many people don’t have much money to buy a house but you need a home to live, it doesn’t matter if it’s rented or an apartment you still need a home to make memories and to live. We all should be grateful for what our home has because some people might not even have a home nor a house.
