Meaning of Home

In my opinion, a home is a place where someone or something lives. Animals find refuge in particular places they call home. For example, squirrels live inside large trees. They find warmth and store their food there. They return by instinct to their territory after leaving it. Most humans live inside houses or apartment buildings. It's also a place where someone unites and spends quality time with their loved ones. This place is where the heart is and makes joyous memories. Some people reside alone and own pets for companionship. Unfortunately, not every human can afford a house and they live on the streets. Sadly, these people call home the location where they sleep.
