What Home Means to Me
There is a big difference between a house and a home. Home is where I can let all my emotions out like anger, bitterness, or sadness. Home is where you have all sorts of memories from taking your first steps to growing up. Home is where I can spark up my creativity by making all sorts of enjoyable crafts like paper airplanes or even making a school project. Home is where I can celebrate my culture and language. Home is a place for happiness and laughter. Home is where I spend time with my family and friends. It’s a place where I can be wild and no one can judge me. Home is where you can try new things without anybody watching. Home is where I feel like myself. At home, I don’t feel lonely because I always have someone on my side. At home, I feel cared for and never left out. When I’m at home I don't worry about anything, all my stress flows away. Home is where I feel joy inside of my body. I feel peace in my home. I get hugs and kisses only when I am in the comfort of my own home. I always feel safe in my home. My home protects me from violet storms to flaming hot days. My home is protecting us from getting Covid 19 germs. I am grateful to be able to have a place to go after school every day and a bed to sleep in every night. My address might change some day but I will always keep the memories of home inside my heart.
