The Meaning of Home

To me, the meaning of home is not just a place, it is also a feeling. Home is where love is given and what you get. Home is where family is. Most people would disagree, but to me a house is different then a home. The way that works is a house is somewhere that you live and grow in. A home is in the heart and where love is. After you have grown up and moved out of your old house, most people still call it their home, even though they don’t live there anymore, it’s still in their hearts. Home is where the people that support you are and they trust the decisions you make. Home is a place you can go when you are feeling bad or upset to be comforted and to get help with the situation you are in. Home is a place where you can be yourself, not pretending to be someone else. Home is definitely not a place to hide your problems, home is a place to help fix your problems. To me, home means forever lasting love. I love my home!
