Loving Home

1 in 8 Canadian households do not have a safe, decent, affordable place to call home. Home is a place with family and love, brother’s and sister’s, mother’s and father’s, aunt’s and uncle’s, grandmother’s and grandfathers. A home is with sister’s fights and brother’s annoyance, a mother's baking's and a father’s jokes. A home is where you make memories with your friends and family. A home is a safe place to tell secrets and worries. I don’t need a house with a roof or walls although I am very thankful that I have one, and even if I didn’t I still have my home. You might have a house and you might have walls, a roof and a floor but do you feel warm and loved in your house? Would it feel like home? I have a house but I also have a kind, caring, loving home.
