meaning of home

A home for me is a safe place, a place where I can cry my myself to sleep or talk to my parents about anything and they will understand. My bedroom is my girl cave, a room that feels safe and will warm my heart up when it is cold. My parents' room is a place where my dog can play, a room where we can talk about issues that need to be resolved. The living room is a shared space, a space that will be used after a long day of work or school we can all just calm down and our dog can sleep at our feet, he will want so bad to come up with us, but my dad will never give in. I know that not all families are as fortunate and lucky as my family and I are. I really hope that with money we raise it will help more families have a home of their own this year.
