Home Sweet Home

Home, home is not always a castle with a dome. If you want to know the true meaning of home, Ask a homeless, what is home? Ask a bird whose nest, wind has blown, Ask a tree where it was grown, For me, home is a place where I live, More than the four walls and a ceiling, It’s a place where I can express my feelings, Home is where there is one to love, Parents act like a velvet glove, Its where I feel warm, Home is what puts a smile on my face, And all the sad things that I embrace, I am thankful for gods grace For me, it’s a safe zone, And it’s where I’ve grown, Now I don’t feel alone, Home is where one can bloom, No one sits sad and feel gloom, Home is my sweet home, I feel gratitude to have a place to call home, my own and the place that’s known to be home.
