My Home

My home is my favourite place. Not just a building. I can eat and drink all I want here. I will never go hungry. If I’m really sad or mad, I can either take my anger out on a pillow or cry on one. After a long day of school, I can rest soundly. My home is where I go for help. My home has the answers to anything, anywhere. I have a bed, and I’m always warm. I’m sure I’m safe everywhere in my house. My home is where I can invent anything. It’s where I work on an imaginary business. I can draw or write any ideas out. It’s where I read and let my brain explore. It’s my workshop and project area. My home is my wild and fun place. I can go wild and throw anything around. My home is where my siblings and I have fun. Toys come to life with my imagination. My siblings and I can make cozy forts where I can sleep forever. The best part of my home is the homemade meals, the love we pass around, and especially, God’s presence around us.
