Home always keeps me warm even in the frightful, freezing winter. Home keeps me and my pets safe and makes sure that we get everything we need throughout growing up. Some homes keep generations of families safe, and sometimes people don’t realize how important homes are. Littler homes are better for movie nights, and bigger homes are better for having friends over, slumber parties, and birthdays, like mine. My favorite part of my home is when I'm cold and wet in the winter from playing in the snow, and then as soon as I come inside, mt cat D.J just comes and gives me all his love, and just starts purring and purring and purring when I’m trying to get out of all my wet outdoor clothes, I think he tries to be helpful, but him being helpful is sitting on my feet. Then we sit down on our couch in our beautiful living room and watch a movie all cuddled up with our two cats, one dog (and hot chocolate) on our laps. I also love having friends over, and of course like having sleepovers staying up late talking in my bedroom. I especially like my house right now because we are building an addition to the front of my house. It means so much to me and my family that every one of us cares so much about our house and just keeps wanting to make it better. And that is what home means to me.
