My Home

Home is like a blanket that keeps me warm, even when the world is cold. It’s a feeling of protection. If the world is a storm or a busy highway, home is a warm and loving place. I know I would still be loved even when the world is a storm and even when that storm ends. When the world seems tough, I know where to go. Or when I get scared, I go to my home and feel safe again. When I get home, I can do whatever I want and won’t get judged. Wherever my family and friends are, it is home. Home doesn’t have to be a house, it’s a place to feel comfortable, safe, loved, and protected.
