What a Home Means to Me

A home is a place to live with walls Standing tall and a roof that keeps out of the rain for most people but a home for me is a place where I feel safe, loved, adored and cared for. I feel this way because my family cares for me by spending time with me. My family spends time with me by playing board games together like snakes and ladders and eating together. A home holds lots of memories that have joy like spending fun time with my family by watching movies and tv shows, like inside out, and also wicked and frozen . Also going out together to malls , restaurants and playing board games together like snakes and ladders. Although a home is not perfect It has good memories and bad memories it is where I grown where I learned where I became who I am it has arguments, it is where I learned how to speak how to listen and how to love. Home is the people who make me feel loved and understood. It lives in small moments in shared laughter across a room . Home is belonging that knowing that I matter that I fit in with my family and that I am accepted in my home . A house is a building that has things that you needed like a bed and food and a family that cares for you . But a home doesn't just have everything that I need it is a place where I feel safe , loved adored and cared for. A home is a a wrath that is a memory Home is a safety and home is where I growed . It is not just a place I return to It is a feeling that I carry within me everyday.
