What Home Means to Me

When people hear the word home, they think of comfort, shelter, their family, etc. Some people don’t even know what home means to them. But to me home is a place where I can feel safe, happy, and creative. My home is a place where I look forward to coming back to. Home is a place where I can feel safe, happy, and creative. I feel safe at home because I live with the people I trust. Also, at home I am not afraid to ask for help which makes me feel protected. I feel happy because I have the stuff I like. At home I play hide and seek and Mr. Jack board games with my sisters, and we have a fun time. I feel joy when I play games with my sisters because they make me laugh. I also enjoy playing with my sisters because they make up fun stories. On weekends I watch movies with my family, that makes me happy too. At home I make paper squishies by drawing out the design, colouring it in then taping it. To finish it off I tape the edges and leave one open, and fill it in with stuffing. For creative work, I coded a ping pong and a catch game in scratch at home by finding a tutorial on you tube and following it. In conclusion, home is a place where I can feel safe, happy, and creative. Home is where I always want to come back to. When some people hear the word home they think of shelter, comfort, family, etc. In general, all people have different opinions on what home is.
