What Home Means to Me

Home is a place where I feel safe and loved. It is a place where I can tell the people around me what is on my mind, and together, we can make it better. Most homes have two parents in one house but mine is different. I have two houses with one of my parents in each. I switch houses every few days and I'm always with my little sister. You might not be able to imagine how it is with two houses if you have one, and I can't imagine how it is with one house. I've gotten used to it and forgotten what it's like with one house. My home can be both annoying and loving. Sometimes I get along with my family, and other times I just need some peace and quiet. Even though we have some fights, we are always family.
