My Safe Place

In my home I feel safe from thunder miles away. My home keeps me warm and dry other than the girl outside. Months later we go outside watching the snow glide by than we go inside to warm up with hot coco. We play game with mom and dad reflecting on the fun we had. When we went to bed I looked up to the ceiling and said my home is my safe place. That night I looked outside it looked cold and wet and I was so glad to be inside where it was safe and cozy and where I belong for years to come but where ever I go my family will be there by my side. Through the tough times, the sad times, my family will be there through it all. The end
