Meaning of Home

What home means to me ? Home to me isn’t furniture and shelter it’s a place you call home. On those cold nights when you go under blankets and warm up and rest your head. Home is when laughter echoes off the walls when you play game nights with your family. Home is when you stay up till 12 for the new year and watch the fireworks by your house As your eyes gaze of excitement. Home is where my childhood lives. Home is where you call a place you love. Where you grew up in. Where you had all your birthdays and open presents. And most importantly when you love one another and treat each equally in the household. Now that’s what I call home
