Home is Home

Home is home. It is cozy and warm. You do things you like, like making dinner, doing homework, and playing games. My favourite thing is the smell of popcorn with butter when you watch family movies. When you have to do your homework, you have the motivation to keep going. I like to help my mom make dinner, so I know what she is making and can do something to distract myself from the yummy smell. You play games like Finish the Lyrics, kaboom, Old Made, Go Fish, and so many others so you can memorize My favourite part is the smell of popcorn with butter coming out of the microwave and watching movies with my mom, dad, brother, and sister. You can have pets like dogs, cats, hamsters, and even fish, but some people don't want pets because they are a lot of work. When you come home and are accosted, you can go to your cozy bed and SLEEP. I love sleeping. But the most important thing is to have FUN!! And to make and share your memories. Home can also be when or where you have playdates with your friends or even more fun sleepovers. You are not at your home all the time. You can be like dance, soccer, basketball, or any sport, or maybe it is not a sport. Perhaps you went to see your grandparents, or maybe you are even at your friend's house. Your home is waiting for you whenever you return because it is yours. So remember, home is home and will forever be.
