Meaning of Home

A place that feels like home to me is a place where I feel comfortable at, where I know I am loved, and where I belong. The place that feels like home to me is my home state Punjab. Punjab feels like home to me because most of my family is in Punjab or comes from Punjab. I also feel really comfortable there because I can wear cultural clothing anytime I feel like it where no one would judge me. I adore the cows there because I get fresh milk every single day. I also have a deep attachment with my village Burj Hari Singh and the villagers in it because they’re really loving and caring. On top of that, I love my home state Punjab because I love the amazing food I get to eat every single day. Plus, I love to play card games and sports like cricket and field hockey with all of my best friends and cousins there. I love Punjab and my village Burj Hari Singh because I can go pray at the temple anytime because it is right next to my house and I can even go pray at other really religious temples which we call gurudwaras. Punjab mainly feels like home to me because the houses are so widely open and I can run around and play games as much as I want to because there is so much space to run around, play to enjoy and live life happily. Therefore, these are the reasons why my home state Punjab feels like home to me, and why I adore the place so much.
