Home Is Where We Are Together

Home is where I laugh Home is where I cry, Home is where I know that people are by my side. When I walk in the door of my home, a sudden gust of safety, love, and comfort wraps around me like a warm hug. Home isn't just a building with four walls and a roof, home is a special place where all the rooms are filled with joy. The living room is a place where we gather together. It's where we make memories, whether it’s watching TV, playing a game, or just hanging out. In the dining room we always celebrate birthdays together as a family, and have important conversations after dinner. Home is not just a house. My family and I have lived in seven different houses, big and small, and I have learned that home is my family. Home is where we are together. Thank you Habitat For Humanity for giving people a home.
