Home
Home is where I feel happy. I feel happy with my family in my comfy living room playing games. I feel happy when I am in my kitchen baking with my parents. We like to bake muffins. When I'm done with the day I feel very lucky to get to go right into my nice bed and snuggle up with my nice comfy blankets.
In my big, but sometimes messy room, I feel safe. With walls and a roof over my head, I can be protected from storms. I also know I can feel safe because I have my family near me. My family can be with me in my scariest times. They can help me go to sleep in my cozy bed or they can make me some nice soup from the big pantry.
Home is also where I can be me. In my home I got to decorate my room however I want, so I made lots of posters, and I got some paintings. I feel my room is mine. It's a little part of my house that I can go to when I'm feeling bad or even when I just want to relax.
Then there's my basement , where I do all my gymnastics. I also usually play with my sister there. We love to dance in the basement. There are a bunch of areas that are carpeted and we can just do gymnastics. It's a big amount of space. I'm so thankful for all that space because everywhere else I just can't get the space I need. but when I go down I have space! I do my front walkover and cartwheels, and somersaults.
